ISH Spring Symposium - May 10-11, 2024

Dear Exhibitor,

It’s time for the 2024 Illinois Society for Histotechnologists’ 53rd Annual Spring Symposium.

We would like to extend this invitation to exhibit at our 2024 Symposium. The meeting will be held at Holiday Inn  & Suites, 495 Airport Road, Elgin, IL 60123 on Friday May 10 - Saturday May 11, 2024

Exhibit set-up: Thursday, May 9th from 3:00-10:00pm in the Grand Ballroom.  

***we may have a extra event Thursday evening and you are welcome to attend. We will let you know when established soon****

Exhibitor shipping to venue: Materials shipped to the hotel must be labeled with Illinois society for Histotechnologists. The hotel can accept items on Thursday, May  9th. Please note the exhibitor entrance is ground level. Trucks with heavy/large equipment will need a lift gate.

We have planned a very exciting program this year and look forward to first our in person meeting since the pandemic. Light breakfast and beverages will be provided 6:30-7:45 in the exhibit area. Lunches and our  Friday evening wine/ cheese/vendor auction will also be in the exhibit area. We could not continue to provide quality continuing education without the generous support of you, our vendors!
