Exhibitor Information
Exhibit Hall Room $250
Your chance to visit with the attendees and show them your newest products. During the Social Hour, attendees may travel between vendors to see products and talk to the company representatives. Company reps will be able to demonstrate, show videos and slides, and visit with attendees using the Zoom Breakout feature. (est.1 ½ hour time).
Virtual Ads $75 - run during the 5 minute break in between each webinar(6) and during the 20 minute
Still frame

· PowerPoint slide
Every single slide will display for approximately 10-15 seconds
Slide show
· Auto-advancing multi-slide PowerPoint
· Slide show built into a .exe file
· series of still images (jpg, gif, etc.)
30 seconds–1 minute
Full video
· Any video format (except .mkv files)
30 second–1 minute “infomercial” style ads are preferred.
Sponsorship and Door Prizes
Sponsor the ”Coffee Half-Hour” prior to the first webinar and/or sponsor the “Social Time” after the end of the symposium.

We tried to find a way to do our annual Vendor Auction virtually, but we can’t. So Door Prizes!
These can be “virtual” gift cards (Amazon etc) or physical gift cards donated to ISH.
